Uses
Use it for rotis, chapatis, parathas and homemade bread. Its wholegrain character gives rotis a fuller, more satisfying taste than refined flour.
How to use
Knead with lukewarm water to a soft dough, cover and rest for 15–20 minutes, then roll and cook on a hot tawa. Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place; in humid months, keep the bag tightly closed to keep the flour fresh.
