Refund policy
Last updated: 28 September 2026
We want you to love your Khalis Bazar products. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-day returns
Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Damaged, wrong or expired items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, expired or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund — you pay nothing for return delivery.
Items that cannot be returned
For food safety, opened or used food products (honey, oils, ghee, tea, flour, rice, pulses, jams and similar) cannot be returned unless they were damaged, defective or incorrect when delivered.
How to request a return
- Email orders@kkhalisbazarpk.com or WhatsApp +92 347 3504175 with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will confirm your return and share the return address or arrange a pickup.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Return delivery cost
Returns caused by our mistake (damaged, defective, expired or wrong item) are free. For other returns of unopened items, the customer pays the return delivery cost.
Refunds
Because orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, refunds are sent by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa to the account you provide. Refunds are made within 5–7 business days after we receive and check the returned item (or after we approve a claim for a damaged or wrong item). The delivery charge is free, so there is no delivery fee to refund.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or product, let us know when you request the return and we'll arrange an exchange.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge any time before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once dispatched, please follow the return process above.
