Shipping policy

Free delivery across Pakistan
Delivery is free on every order delivered within Pakistan — there is no minimum order amount and no delivery fee at checkout.
Order confirmation & processing
After you place an order we may call or WhatsApp you to confirm it. Confirmed orders are then packed and handed to our courier:
- Orders placed before 3 pm (Pakistan time), Monday to Friday, are shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after 3 pm are shipped the next working day.
- Orders placed after 3 pm on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, are shipped on Monday. Saturday and Sunday are holidays, and we do not ship on public holidays.
Delivery times
- Standard delivery: 3–5 working days to any city in Pakistan (working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays)
Delivery times are estimates from our courier partners (such as M&P Express) and may be longer during public holidays, bad weather or other events outside our control.
Payment on delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD). Please keep the exact amount ready and check that the parcel is sealed before paying the rider.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched we send you the courier tracking number by email and/or SMS/WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel.
Delivery outside Pakistan
We currently deliver within Pakistan. For orders to other countries, please contact us before ordering.
Failed or refused deliveries
If the courier cannot reach you after repeated attempts, or a COD parcel is refused without a valid reason, the parcel is returned to us and the order is cancelled. We may decline future Cash on Delivery orders from customers with repeated refused parcels.
