These terms apply to your use of https://kkhalisbazarpk.com (the "Store"), operated by Khalis Bazar, PATCO Office, NARC, Park Road, Islamabad 44000, Pakistan. By using the Store or placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We sell PARC / PATCO organic and natural food and farming products. We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can; small differences in colour, label design or packaging may occur. Natural products such as honey may crystallise — this is normal and not a defect.

2. Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Any tax shown at checkout is added to the order total. We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and let you know.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may call or message you to confirm it, and we may decline or cancel an order (for example if a product is out of stock, the address cannot be served, or the order cannot be confirmed). If we cancel an order you will not be charged.

4. Payment

Orders are paid by Cash on Delivery unless another payment method is offered at checkout. Payment is due in full when the parcel is delivered.

5. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Health information

Product information on the Store is for general information only and is not medical advice. Please check ingredients for allergies and consult a doctor if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are giving products to infants (honey is not suitable for babies under 12 months).

7. Your account and use of the Store

You agree to give accurate contact and delivery details and not to misuse the Store (for example by placing fake orders, interfering with the website or copying its content).

8. Intellectual property

Website content, text, photos and the Khalis Bazar name and logo belong to Khalis Bazar or its partners and may not be used without permission. PARC and PATCO names and marks belong to their owners.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Pakistani consumer protection law.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have jurisdiction.

12. Changes and contact
