We want you to love your Khalis Bazar products. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For food safety, opened consumables (honey, oil, tea, ghee, etc.), perishable goods and clearance items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

How to Return

1. Email support@khalisbazar.com with your order number.
2. We'll confirm your return and share the address.
3. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
